Moo - it wasn't until JUST a few months ago I've felt like I was able to pull that off. In the past, I had hubby take care of the steak. That's a GREAT compliment! Thank you!

🤗🤗🤗 I used to avoid certain cooking techniques, bc it does seem intimidating once we try it a few times it doesn’t seem so bad. blanching is next.

I just found brussel sprouts and since I don't eat much sugary foods, these guys are like candy to me! I love brussel sprouts now, and for 6 calories a piece, I'm up for 12 of them as a healthy snack. They are cheap too!
