All day Thursday at doctor appointments and fast foods in between. I hate it. ! Yesterday we had hamburgers, brown rice and baked beans. I should know better. I ate all the carbs. 2 helpings. Carbs are so good. I put on two pounds. Not good.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do the same thing when I have to get meals out. Hope all went well at the doctors' offices.

Ditch the buns or eat half the burger, be a high maintenance queen, it's all good. This is so important for you, so please know I actually think about you a lot. This gain will disappear if you do what you know works. Be proactive and take your snacks/meals with you (you should see how much food I carry on the airplane) and it will help you stay out of trouble.

The carbs that I did eat that I thought were good, Brown rice and baked beans. I haven't had that in a long time and I did think that tasted good. That was homemade. The carbs that I did not eat of the fast foods, were the Buns. I cut out as many carbs at fast foods as I can. It is a good idea to take your own food along. Dr. Mark Hyman talks about that all the time. He takes a lunch pail that is huge; With boiled eggs, beef jerky, one or two pieces of fruit, and maybe a few pieces of cooked chicken. I know I need to do that. That would be a big game changer. There's so much salt in all that garbage. I know the water will come back off. Lesson to learn. Thank you all for your support. .💙😁😚💓

Thank you Katsolo. I need to be more proactive every where I go. That would help me stay out of trouble. LOL. The doctor visit did go pretty well. Jerry and I took a large basket of fresh fruit and a few little mini candy bars for the nurses and the doctor. You would have thought we had given them a million dollars. It was really funny how they were so excited to get it. A basket of treats. 🍐🍎🍇🍌🍫🍑 Happy late Valentine's Day FSF 💝😍 Hope you all had a great day yesterday.

It could also be water retention. Outside food is loaded with salt.

Najwa, I am on a salt-free diet so I do not use salt. When we eat at fast foods, everything is salty. I had a chicken breakfast sandwich at McDonald's and the chicken was so salty and spicy I could hardly eat it. I did not eat the bread. So just to eat the chicken I had to drink a lot of water. I've been drinking a ton of water all day today. I'm sure that I'm holding a lot of water.

Thank you binky. I am working at it and I will not give up. I'm going to try and be more proactive and take a lunch box. Every time we eat out. At fast food I hold a lot of water from the salty food. Thank you friend for your encouragement.
