add one more choice instead of lift or not. if you can give yourself at least 3 options, preferably 4, you bring the probability of nothing to 25%. lift, or cardio or calisthenics or active rest. and if it's rest make it active rest, I.e yoga/stretch. no bad days.

I had my first bad week here on FS...I feel you. Starting back at stuff today (surgery last week). Was hard to stay away from the workouts. We can do it! :0)

Thanks binky! That was last week so it’s been a few days since I’ve been here. I went home to wife’s relatives from IA coming down early part of the weekend, valentines and my birthday mid weekend, and anniversary Monday! Ya let’s not talk about staying with the plan last few days... I think I’d be sick.... lol. Sure was fun though! My best days some weeks are the ones where I’m barricaded in my truck so I can somewhat control my CICO! Work grind here I come! 💪💪

Hang in there, man! I have those weeks too. One week I'm lifting and working out hard 5 days in a row. Last week zero times to the gym... So many reasons, but I still felt rotten. This week worked out every day again. One day at a time! 😁
