No biggie - just kick it into gear and start today (if you're able). We all have lazy days or ones where excuses win - just lower the calories on those days and kick your butt to the gym and get back on track the next day! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

add one more choice instead of lift or not. if you can give yourself at least 3 options, preferably 4, you bring the probability of nothing to 25%. lift, or cardio or calisthenics or active rest. and if it's rest make it active rest, I.e yoga/stretch. no bad days.

I had my first bad week here on FS...I feel you. Starting back at stuff today (surgery last week). Was hard to stay away from the workouts. We can do it! :0)

Thanks binky! That was last week so itโ€™s been a few days since Iโ€™ve been here. I went home to wifeโ€™s relatives from IA coming down early part of the weekend, valentines and my birthday mid weekend, and anniversary Monday! Ya letโ€™s not talk about staying with the plan last few days... I think Iโ€™d be sick.... lol. Sure was fun though! My best days some weeks are the ones where Iโ€™m barricaded in my truck so I can somewhat control my CICO! Work grind here I come! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Hang in there, man! I have those weeks too. One week I'm lifting and working out hard 5 days in a row. Last week zero times to the gym... So many reasons, but I still felt rotten. This week worked out every day again. One day at a time! ๐Ÿ˜
