This month's progress: Lost 4.6# Ate 2088 calories on average. Went to the gym 30 times this month with 6 full days off. Inches- up 0.5 on chest, lost 2" from top fat roll (muffin top) to equal 14.25 total from that area. Down 1" from hips for 13.25 total from there. Down 1/4" from calf for 4" total and down 1/4" from bicep for 4" total. Stayed the same everywhere else. This is 68.25" total from February 2019 and 61.6# lost. Goal for March 1st is 175# but only 29 days in February- Probably closer to 176.5# Finally wearing a size 10. Lots of compliments this month from people I haven't seen in a few months. I was told I look 10 years younger. (I strongly disagree with that. My fat has always stretched out my wrinkles and my weight loss has them in full force.) The people I see daily don't really say anything anymore and I'm ok with that. I don't like to constantly discuss my weight loss. Plus- I think that because my sister had lap band surgery that people are asking questions to try to surmise whether I have as well. No one wants to hear how I'm losing weight. They pretend they want to know- until I start to tell them and then their eyes glaze over. I was once them- so I get it. If it isn't difficult, then it won't work. If I am not miserably cutting calories then I won't be successful. So thankful I was wrong.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 68.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow great job girl! I get the glazed over eyes when I try to explain too. So many want a quick easy fix and that generally doesn’t work long term. Now when they whine that they aren’t losing fast enough, or at all, I think my eyes glaze over lol. Tired of explaining why certain things don’t work and reminding them they have to stick with a diet not cheat every evening.

Great numbers all around. Your dedication sure does shine!! I'm reaching for that size 10... Someday... You're so right about the glazed eyes. Hardly anyone I know wants to hear about my meal planning, resistance, yada yada.

I’m very proud of you!! I love how real you are and raw! LOL! Tell it like it is. People don’t like the truth about anything that’s hard, I get it from people as well. But the truth sets us free!! You’ve done a great job this month, I’m a mess, I’ll live through you today!! 😂😂❤️❤️

My neck hurts from nodding all thru your post. Just kidding - no pain, but lot's of nodding. Good progress, great statistics. I have recognized my face is sooooo much more wrinkled this time around. But, hey, it's a fact of life now. I did it to myself with the overweight and even if I hadn't I'd have wrinkles at this age because no way I'm getting painful expensive surgery just to look 'rested'. I don't like talking about the loss IRL that much either - partially because I section that conversation time off for 'here' on FS. And also because it's that same old 'what's the magic bullet' thing that people didn't see firing off a year ago when I started but NOW it seems like it was overnight so it must be some secret, special blah blah surgery magic beans answer.

Nice progress, lady! People will eventually come to you when they decide to take control of themselves. They'll fight your freedom-loving ideas at first. For some reason, a lot of people like to live in boxes...never understood that. But after they start seeing how it works, they'll be so happy. Just keep doing you! :)

Thank you Wifey! I enjoy being truthful- but if I'm being truthful- I probably enjoy it too much. My whole life I have had people say- You always say what everyone wants to and what everyone else is thinking. That's not always a good thing, but it's ME. Yay for me.
