Packing up the car getting ready to leave for the coast for a few days. It rained overnight and is still misting here. I'm about 200 miles inland and I know the rain hit the coast first and moved over to us. Called the motel to ask if they could please have my room ready before the 3pm check in time (it's never ready if I get there at 2 or 2:30) and was told they will try. It depends on when the people currently in the room check out. Was told the sun is trying to come out there.

Bobby knows something is going on. So do the cats. Bobby is coming with me and the cats will have the house sitter/pet sitter here to feed them (and clean the house!).

I'm going to try to eat as healthy as possible on the trip. I have to remember I need to eat low fat and that cheese is not low fat! Need to try to avoid my favorite burger place and the chocolate store.
