I know this is supposed to be a positive site, but on a negative note, and out of mere curiosity, what is your least favorite exercises you perform regularly ? Mine are deadlifts and farmer's carry.

battle ropes and arnolds .. hurts my shoulders , but still do it..

All of it. Some day and hopefully soon I'll get that exercise thrill you folks get. I love long walks with a destination, I don't mind lifting heavy boxes to rearrange things, I don't mind bending and moving to, again, complete a task, but to just stand and move for the sake of moving? Not me. Some day.

Right now ... getting back into running. Being out of breath after just had a mile is no fun! But I know the calming feeling of middle-long distance running. Running on "automatic pilot" doing a 10k or half-marathon! It is like I am in a trance, and before I know it I cross the finish line! Tired but feeling accomplished!

I love deadlifts and farmers carry - I HATE wall balls, jump squats, and jumping jacks but that could be because they make me feel like I have to pee. 😂

Leg raises, sitting, hanging, laying down. Very weak lower abdominal and psoas. Suffering.

Mine are any lower ab exercises. I do them cuz I need to but my upper abs are much stronger. I also hate shoulder presses and overhead presses with heavy bar. It's not that I hate those but they pull on the leads (wires) going into my pacemaker n it feels weird.

Push ups... they remind me how weak my upper body is, they have always been difficult for me 😕

I was going to say burpees, but then I remembered planks. I hate planks.

Jd... I never did battle ropes, and doubt I will. It's something that I think I would loath quickly

I admit, I hate ALL types of exercise! I'd rather sit in the shade and have a margarita. I power through it though, because I know it's good for me, and may help me have lots more margaritas in the future.

Silkian, I have lung issues, so I keep my cardo low, but I can walk a 100 miles, but no running for me.

Tassos67, I love them. I even use 5lb ankle weights on each ankle. It gives me decent looking abs.

Idk what it’s called it’s a messed up burpee that is a star jump, push-up, plank jack and repeat. 😅😅😅
