I know this is supposed to be a positive site, but on a negative note, and out of mere curiosity, what is your least favorite exercises you perform regularly ? Mine are deadlifts and farmer's carry.

Glantzkar. My max plank is 8 min, which there will never be a repeat. I would love to do burpees, but can't develop the cardio necessary.

I only do the ones I like 🙃 Well, I do cardio. I’d really rather not do it but I know I need it.

treadmill. walking outside is totally different. hate the treadmill. still glad I have it. now, ask us what we love tomorrow.

Single legged lunges is what I hate the most. I think that I hate it all except for playing sports and running around, moving. The only problem is that I feel such guilt when I don't do the exercise that I hate so much! I wish I could be like those people who love the gym!

Katsolo...you missed that question.🙃 Ireland - I hate lunges as equally as squats. I do every exercise for legs except those two. Actually I did like 5 squats tonight. That was my max.

I hate pushups the most! They are getting slightly easier though.

Lunges are terrible. I’ve figured out how to keep my knee from getting wrecked, so that’s positive.

I’ll do deadlifts and farmers walks any day all day but lunges and burpees??? Nah lol. Burpees especially. I can tolerate lunges but despise burpees

I once read that people with long legs have a harder time doing squats. I googled it just now and it does say that it is harder for a person with a long femur or long legs. This could be why some people hate doing them it is just harder. I also have longer legs for my size. I have noticed some people with short legs doing them so easily.
