Stressful evening ended with fried food. Not an excuse just an acknowledgement of cause and effect.
265.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 100.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excuses are attempts to lessen the blame and trying to justify it or shift the blame. Cause and effect- the relationship between two separate events. Eating (food choices) and weight gain or loss.

I'm struggling with that tonight. You are logging, which is better than going off the rails and not logging. Helps to see this because sometimes next time you can talk yourself out of doing it again. Onward, friend!
