day 426....goooooood sunday morning everyone!!!!...gettin ready to start another day and another morning walk...64 outside right now...but with humidity today its suppose to be 100...and tomow even hotter...makes it hard to be committed to walking this time of year...but thats why i go so early, to get them over with before it gets to hot...then i need to do they weed eating didnt do it yesterday my sinuses was bothering me...just stayed inside and tried to get them under control before they got worse...well hope everyone is having a great sunday...catch you all later....

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
15. TRY AND ADD MORE STEPS ON EACH DAY, WHEN YOU DO YOUR 2 MORNING WALKS !!!!

Kinda gray outside here and looks like rain! Yeah! Keep to those early morning walks when it is cooler. I walked a little later on Friday and it nearly killed me it was sooo hot.

hahahahaa...yeap to hot here to walk later in the day...nice an cool here right now..its 815am..have both walks over and its only 68 right now with a breeze...waitin on the grass to dry...

When you are done with your lawn - just push your mower over to my house and you can work on mine....the dew should be all dried off by then! Great job getting your walking in already!

thanks....sorry you waited to long to have me come by and do your lawn...already have the mower part done and put up for the week...guess you will have to catch me next time...all thats left is the weed eatin part today...

Oh, you are killin' me!! In Arizona we don't get "cool" (except inside) or "dew" -- that's a really an unfamiliar term. Yes, I dash out early here to walk my dogs, but at 6:30 this morning, it was already 78 degrees, and our humidity is almost 50%. That's not "a dry heat" -- but that's how it is here in late July, August, and early September. Once in a while we get a little rain, but usually any clouds only tease and leave!! [sigh] Strangely, it helps to know that somebody, somewhere has gray, cool, and dew! I'll just close my eyes a moment and breathe it in!!

the yard is done again for a few more days till it rains an the grass grows more...so you all just gonna have to mow your own grass this time around...and probly next time to...lol...on walktracker.com you can keep total of how many miles you walk...an im keepin track of how many i put on my new shoes...lol...

its been hot and dry here for the past couple of days, but this eveing it is raining hard...which means it will be humid tomorrow. My weed eater broke last week, so the weeds are getting away from me...hint hint Mike.
