Holy smokes, this is a really tasty mix. The pork tenderloin has been in the slow cooker for days at this point with various things added to change it up. The root veggies are frozen from Costco and are beets, carrots, turnips and parsnips. Very sweet and savory at the same time. Yes, that's butter. One of those tiny packs they give you for your roll at a restaurant. Perfect size, and they don't spoil.
