Beef & vegetable soup....made with leftover pot roast, carrots & potatoes. I added corn (fresh off the cob), diced tomatoes, spinach & mushrooms.

Nice, I made almost homemade vegetable soup today too. The almost part was a can of cream of chicken soup. It was /is a snowy soup day!
