Good morning everyone - this is truly an epic day. I just want to open with a thought that has been in the forefront of my mind the last few days. My Happiness is not a destination or the result of something; it is not someone else's responsibility to provide me with it. It is the journey, it is my choice - right here and right now. I am choosing to be happy. Last night I had a personal best on the bench press and was really excited to make some progress - moved up to 3 sets starting at 170# to failure (30 reps) then t0 180# to failure (15 reps) and finishing at 190# to failure (15 reps). The other gift was from my cousin on our visit over the weekend. a portuguese delicacy - morcilla - it was amazing. I don't get this very often but it was really good. I hope that finds their happiness on this adventure we get to live everyday. Don't wait for someone else to give it to you or wait until (fill in the blank) brings you to it. Make it, be it and believe it is here now in the present moment. We have the power.

Absolutely love your post. As for the morcilla, my grandmother made some of the best! Did yours include pinenuts or the traditional onion and rice mixture?
