I refuse to count this. I should weigh four pounds less based on calorie consumption and expenditure. So this is disappointing. I only slept five hours again due to bad storms and needing to then be on the road by 6 a.m. Hoping for 198 tomorrow or less.

I smell it... yup... definitely the fruity aroma of a couple pounds dropping! They just dropped, so hurry up and weigh yourself!
