200.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Chris you sound like me😂😂 why though when a 💩 happens do we actually gain in the a.m😞🧐 because the body does what it wants 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I still stick with 198 but tomorrow or Friday.

Not 198 tomorrow. I'm up to 3700 calories so far today. 🤣😆 I do think I was eating too little though for the month with the amount of lifting I do.
