Yeah! Loss! Still, I've been at this weight before, so I'm...cautious. But yeah!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those dreaded plateaus can be such a problem, but you seem to be handling it fine. Its keeping at it and winning the small battles that will win the war. Keep up the good work.
