I think what bugs me the most about hectic fast-paced weeks at work is not the food bits. That's when co-workers bring in food to share, or that it's busy and you feel too rushed to sit down an eat. Planning will get me over that by having enough food around to have healthy lunches to bring in. No, what gets to me is just feeling tired the whole time. It's harder to get my backside off the couch at the end of the day. I find myself leaning on my hand at my desk, tired and feeling apathetic. I drink loads of water and have a reminder on my computer that beeps on the hour, reminding me to stretch. Still, it's just hard getting over the general feeling of apathy. It feels so much harder to move! blech.
