Oooh boy did I fall off last night. We had this all night community study at my shul for Shavuot, and of course they provided snacks. The problem came around 1am, when I needed food. I'd had a good protein rich meal before heading over at 9, and by 1 I needed something...and found myself staring at a table of chips, cookies, chex mix, pretzels, and 12 kinds of pop. oy. I think I did ok considering, but to fess up, I had:
2 blintzes (crepes with sweet cheese filling)
2 small pieces of cheesecake (literally about 1 inch cubes)
a few chips
a piece of dark chocolate

*Takes deep breath* Ok. Not really a binge, but could've been better. This morning I had a nice veggie omelette. :)

Tomorrow is always a brand new day =) You can do this girl!

Just look at it as being so sad that the group is eating that poorly, while you are doing amazing things for your body!! You did great, and there is no harm in the very occasional splurge!
