Oooh boy did I fall off last night. We had this all night community study at my shul for Shavuot, and of course they provided snacks. The problem came around 1am, when I needed food. I'd had a good protein rich meal before heading over at 9, and by 1 I needed something...and found myself staring at a table of chips, cookies, chex mix, pretzels, and 12 kinds of pop. oy. I think I did ok considering, but to fess up, I had: 2 blintzes (crepes with sweet cheese filling) 2 small pieces of cheesecake (literally about 1 inch cubes) a few chips a piece of dark chocolate
*Takes deep breath* Ok. Not really a binge, but could've been better. This morning I had a nice veggie omelette. :)
