Missed today’s workout..slept thru it...guess that means I’m in need of a day off to heal my body...

Happy happy Thursday..positive energy is flowing...but no endorphins...they asleep today..

Waking up to 56 outside this morning...and tomorrow morning..49... brrrr....glad I have my rod bike set up to ride inside...everyday...I see having my setup...a plus for me...

Got my sweats on this morning...cool in the house...even thought about turning on the furnace...but more clothes is easier...and more comfy...

Not sure what’s on the list of things to get done today...usually have things I want to get done...but today is open..might be a sun soaking day...with it being cooler...milder day outside...

Welp...another journal done...time to make the bed...clean up the kitchen...wake up some more...

9 hrs..42 min...wednesday nite....took till 9am..before I started feeling woke up...guess I needed it...been pushing harder this week on getting more miles...more elevation...
