Happy happy Monday...already got them endorphins up and roaring...

Zwift ride again this morning...17.32 miles...938 ft elevation..97 min ride.. 555 in calories...this was the ride I had planned in my head yesterday...when I laid down last night..that was last thing I thought of...must of road it last nite..when I got up at 4am..I was tired..and really didn’t even want to ride..but by 5am..I was dressed and zwifting once again...

It’s after breakfast...time to visit walmart...pick up the weekly needs...list is short..20 minutes...IL be done and sitting up front..waiting on sister..to come thru checkout with her cart...then home..and next project to get taken care of..

66 here this morning...I think high today is 76..and really windy..

Welp...time to move on once again...things to accomplish...

I’m finding hcb..that if I think about my workout the day before...it’s like I’m more focused the next day when I’m doing the workout....

Went to walmart with a short list..5things...lol...did really great..but as I walked thru the bakery part ..I could hear all these little voices...take me home...no...I didn’t listen..instead...I thought...if I take you home..I’m sabotaging my workouts....

They usually have the bakery section right by the doors. So tricky over there at walmart

Love cycling. On a good ride I can feel the calories burning and the weight evaoporating. Little by little. Safe riding.

My local Safeway is onto how to get me to buy stuff I don't need. On the weekends, they have the sweetest lady out there barbecuing ribs, playing good music... If you can make it past her, you get in the door, and they have the Chinese food ready to take-away. THEN, you get past that, and you are into the Bakery. It's all the smells LOL.

Makes me realize frequent trips to the market is no longer a thing. I used to like that for something to do. Now I just fill up the freezer and fridge once or twice a month. Get 150 duck eggs at the time, and I roughly estimate how much meat I can get fitted in the fridge/freezer when shopping. Then.... many many days til it needs to be done again. Bought a 55 pound bag of Himalayan salt, and one pound bags of pepper. Sardines, buy 60-150 cans at the time. Last time I got a little bottle of cumin, and that was like an 'event' Makes me realize all the changes that's been going on over the last year.
