Tried a new sausage recipe today, and it turned out almost too good. I might have gone over my standard portion size today. lol. These are bloomed, sundried, and then baked.

those look really good. my husband and I make and sell our own jerky, smoked sausages, keilbasa, hot dogs, beef snack stick, trail Bologna, etc. it's a fun hobby! Alot of work tho.

jessdontquit wow. Sounds like a lot of fun to master all those tasty variations. Agree with the labour side of it. More than I expected. Good fun though. I used a bit of cinnamon in these, and got reminded about my historic baking days. Glad to have that smell around again.
