Just watched this Tai Chi 'Level 1' video https://youtu.be/olTSwTofrDM and think of it as far more advanced than what I do now.
Looks good though, so I'll try to add some of these moves in over the weeks ahead. Don't care if I look like a clumsy amateur. Nobody is watching. Well, a couple of birds do, but they haven't had coffee yet. 😜
