Well, today's my b-day! 47 yrs old. 5'7" tall. 149 lbs. Size 8-10.

I am very happy about how far I have come. But I am not there yet. And I refuse to be distracted by the ALMOST! I wanted the 140 by today, but I am moving my goal to Sept 1st (1 pound/wk) - and going for it!!

I will not give up. I will not be "having a birthday treat" today! Couldn't care less about that kind of thing! Just throw another steak tip on the grill, and I will be just as happy!

I am so happy to be here visiting my favorite cuz' - and w/ my Mom, visiting her sister's - but boy do I miss my husband! And Kids! (although they are mostly grown). Love to you all, have a great day!

Hey Paula - Happy Birthday love. Hold dear to that feeling of not caring about food. It is amazing isn't it! You are right to get to the final goal slowly - Like the song " So near .. you can almost taste it.." No pun intended!
