About pumpkin dessert.I live in Bangladesh.Here we dont have canned/frozen vegetables/fruits.So I made it from fresh pumpkin.I cut one kilo of pumpkin into small cubes,boiled in small amount of water.Then mashed.Then heat some butter,added the pumpkin,a small can of cream,spices and six packs of sucralose to it.About spices-I added cinnamon,cardamon and clove.My american buddies use 'all spices'.So with the measurements I told you,I got 2.75cup of dessert.If you have 2table spoons as a dessert it comes about 3.50net carbs,out of which 3 is good veggie carbs.I like the refreshing sweetness of pumpkin and used this as a comfort food.

Hi Brenda...In my opinion,if you replace atkins bars/shake with some real food,your stall might break.Are you drinking enough water?What you think about my meal plan for tomorrow?
