may take a few more days to stick, but hearing the little wii voice say "that's overweight" instead of "that's obese" was unexpected and exhilarating. so happy!!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
