I have lost 6 lbs since Monday????? More apt to be a problem with my scale! Ha. But my Ketone reading was 2.3 this morning so....there is that.

I have a "smart" scale...and it does report a water weight % of 56.7 today so...water weight it is! I will take it! Thank you all!
