Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

Really feeling in my zone once again...feel like I have what works for me dialed in really close...noticing after my workout on zwift..I’m not as hungry as I once was...thirsty always after a workout..even though I use electrolytes..just don’t drink as often as I should thru a workout..

Raining here today..nice thing about an indoor trainer...weather isn’t an excuse...feeling bad..sometimes that’s an excuse...being to tired..that to sometimes works..but I usually try even on days when my body needs the rest...I just enjoy riding so much..I no longer think of it as exercise...when I don’t ride I miss it..that’s why taking days off is hard..but over time I’ve learned..that days off to rest is just as important...if you want to get stronger..and not over train...

Zwift ride/workout today...finally feeling rested enough...busy week doing other things...gonna miss my weekly average...but..that happens..doing the training workout has caused me to take more days off then I normally did...

Ordered another brooks saddle/seat for my new bike on trainer...so when it comes my butt will be happier...just something about being on a seat that allows your butt to sit right when you ride...

Welp...breakfast is over..tummy is telling me how much it enjoyed the food..growllll..time to get up and moving..get things set up to ride shortly..

I have found a new joy in spinning. I'm not very good yet(who am I kidding I can't even stand for more than a few seconds😲), baby steps🙋

I cant stand and ride for longer than 30 secs at a time...as much riding as i do..those muscles need trained

Lol...13.13 in miles...1 hour...on my zwift ride today...340 in calories burned...400 ft in elevation

Feeling what you say. Do think about taking a day off bicycling. Weird, but it feels like thinking about having a morning without coffee. It's like time need to be spent to build up power to no do a ride for a day. Excuses like, I'll ride slow, not push it seem to win. Anyhow, glad you got it sorted out. Feel a tremendous benefit from taking a day off dumbbells through. Big time healing going on. Feel warm and cosy in the muscles.

I use to ride the same way...people kept telling me...to grow your body needs time off to recover...
