Oh My Goodness I’m so jealous! 4000 kcal in a day!! Of course I actually got sick a little the other day when I overate all day. Like 2400 kcal so maybe I’m not so jealous lol. But man I’d love to have your burn, energy etc for a few days! I’ll trade you so you can have a few days break from eating that dessert 😁.

Have a question though. Do you find that you can maintain or gain muscle on 18-20% protein? I’ve been getting about that recently and have been worried that maybe I’m losing some muscle. The scale is steady, jeans are smaller but I think I needed a new size last month or the month before. I dropped 3-4# during the flu over 4 days so it makes me wonder what I lost so fast. It can’t be water or it would’ve come back these last 3 weeks. It’s hard to imagine losing just fat... that much in a short amount of time.
