Decided several weeks ago to start training to set a longer ride...since I did a 30 mile ride couple of times in Jan...now I’m training for a 50-60 mile ride sometime in feb...it will be on the road bike/trainer using zwift inside...cold weather this time of year in Illinois....once I hit my goal..IL set a new one...keep challenging myself...and besides...not everyone does longer rides...takes a certain mind set to accomplish sitting on a bike for x amount of hours...to hit the goal...
