Lots of good reliable information out there on how Keto diets work or any other diet you might be interested in. It’s helpful to understand a little about the science behind what you are doing so that you have realistic expectations as to whether this will work for you long term.

I love bacon eggs and toast! Over here we call it brinner (breakfast-dinner). Looking for advice? Eat until you’re full and then not again until you’re 100% certain you’re fully hungry! I’m sure that’s what works in every way of eating. Great job beautiful 💜💜💜
