Time for a little experimentation. Time to mix it up.
Going to make a game out of it.
Yesterday, was a good day and I intended 10 net carbs and ended the day with 10.9 --- WIN!!! I thought I would end the day with around 13K steps. Actual was 14,356 (Forced myself from my desk to a walk at lunch) --- WIN!!! (I planned my work and I worked my plan)
Yesterday's numbers were: Fat - 116.57 / Carbs - 14.61 / Sugar - 4.68 / Net C - 10.90 / Prot - 117.10 / Cals - 1680
Today I plan no matter what holiday treat I am offered to only eat what I've logged for the day.
Here are the numbers from what is logged today: Fat - 64.52 / Carbs 119.38 / Sugar - 36.91 / Net Carbs 107.18 / Prot 41.74 / Cals - 1213
The difference between Mon and Tues will be:
Fat - 44% decrease Carbs - 717 % increase Sugar - 688% increase Net Carbs 883% increase Protein - 64% decrease Calories - 27% decrease
Tonight, I will walk in the house, drink a glass of water before heading to the bathroom. Eating 4 eggs and having a can of seltzer for dinner after I get settled in should keep me from the snacks and I will go to bed with food in my belly.

Thanks Steven I really appreciate this. My journey has it's twists and turns but I have a lot of people in my corner supporting my efforts and I am very thankful for this. Hope you are having fun on the slopes!

Thanks Brenda. I am getting on the scale in in 7 hours, 4:30 AM, and I will own it. Back to eating real foods as best as possible. It maybe high from all the days of bad behavior but I stopped at the store and purchased a crockpot/pressure cooker, made a bunch of rice for tomorrow and I am ready to seize the day come tomorrow....
