Finally moved out of that plateau. Feels good.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've done well losing that ten pounds Meonadiet. It's so easy to pack on the weight isn't it? I think if you keep weighing in and tracking your daily food you'll keep heading down. I stopped snacking in the evening and I think that has helped me.
