Fasting going okay. Basically skipping breakfast 16:8. It's a good start for me since I've always enjoyed & ate breakfast. Yesterday I went out to watch the Stampeders hang on for a win. I so wanted a beer. Settled on michelob ultra since only lower carb beer they had. It kind of tasted like beer. Like a bad light beer. Oh well I got to enjoy a few beers. I'll have to check for other alcohol options.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gin and vodka are 0 carb with a few green olives (which aren't very high in carbs) is very yummy and also red wine isn't too high ! Good luck on your weight loss journey :+)
