I do that too, when they have pizza at the office! At home, I put italian cheese blend on parchment paper and microwave it about 3 minutes for a keto crust. Let it cool before adding toppings, heat them separately before putting on the crust, then microwave just to melt mozzarella on the top. On a salad size plate, it's about 345 calories. Keto on!

@dirhard3 it's turkey pizza from Broadway's Pizza, I just eat the topping to make it low carbs for me.

@gz9gjg I do something similar but in a small pan. just cheese, mini pepperoni, sometimes sausage crumbles, more cheese. takes only a few minutes and it's delicious!
