Yesterday there was a beautiful fog that hung over the city. Walking to work it selt so good! I love the fog it feels mystical to me. I really did not want to stop walking but I had to! :( have to make the money!
After work it was grocery shopping, then home, ate dinner and then did a few things around the apartment. Yep pretty boring and mondain stuff.
I did howere make a whicked dip with silken tofu that I made up straight out of my mind.
That's about it for Pam news.

I get that feeling a lot... if I didn't have to work I could walk a good two hours a day! I wish I could walk to work but I have to drive often during work hours so that wouldn't work. Love the quotes. Are you going to share your fabulous dip recipe with us?

Hey Cindy.. lwbpd is living with bipolar disorder group that i joined on facebook. On my wall is posted so many little quotes or jokes so I thought some of them would be applicable here too. My dip was kinds strange and I honestly just threw it together. Here is what went into it.. silken tofu, mustard, and soy sauce to marinade it in, covered it with nutritional yeast and let it sit for about 15 min. After that put it in the blender with onion and garlic, flax seed and tahini sauce blended until smooth. Oh yeah I also added some other seasoning to taste. So basically it was just a hodge podge of stuff. Tonight I may take the same dip, add more tofu to it with salso and use it over some pasta. Have a great day..
