Day 18 of 65
Mood: like a scale up and down yesterday :(
Food: 7 very conscious of what I ate
Activity level: 3 was in the wrong mind set


Grateful / thankful for:
Family
My buddies on here
My job
Being able to afford my meds
Having fruit and veggies in the fridge
My ability to function despite my moods
Being alone when I need to
"sinus medication!"

Yesterday was not so great but I survived it. Just took things as they came up and put myself on autopilot. It's a coping mechanism that I have developed for those questionable days!
Anyways there were some interesting quotes left on my wall from LWBPD that I would like to share!
"admitting you need help - doesn't mean you are broken. It makes you foixable and teachable"
"Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant"
" be selective in your battles, don't make every problem a war"

I figured these quotes were something that would relate to several issues, and not just what they were posted for. Quote #1 from time to time we all ned help with this journey, and through asking we get others suggestions and guidance.
Quote #2 with every little change we are planting seeds to a healthier lifestyle, which will grow into our ultimate goal.
Quote #3 we can not change everything at once, so small battles can be won easier then then a full out war against our bodies and weight.

If anyone would like to add to these quotes or comment if these quotes helped someone please let me know.

Those are awesome and perfect. I love the, 'admitting you need help.' That's a hard one for me to evoke most of the time until I'm feeling so bad off, I've messed something up. And- autopilot is a term I'm very, very familiar with. I've noticed lately a lot of my self defense reactions revert to autopilot, especially at work, where you are required to function to survive. I hope you have a better day Pam, thanks for the quotes. I'm going to think about them today!

I like "be selective in your battles, don't make every problem a war" - this is just so true - some things are just not worth getting upset about. I hope you have a better day today Pam2 :)
