Stupid scale. Been both 152.5 most of the week and even a 152. Today, weigh in day, it's 154. Really? I know it's just a fluctuation, but it's irritating. The good news is that I usually bump up a little before a loss.

Today is gorgeous. Pack walk tonight, hoping I can make it. I love this time of year when the park isn't as crowded and it's just pleasant.

Oh, BF took at pic of me this weekend that didn't suck. I'm concave in the abdomen as opposed to bulbous. Can't post it for some reason, but I have it memorialized. Good enough. I need to get in for a body scan, but can't do until the weekend and I have a memorial service to attend, so it's not going to be this weekend, I guess.

I would try doing less checks on the scale. It looks like its stressing you out too much.. and stress isn't going to help :)
