There's a lesson for the books. Ate haphazardly this evening, fell asleep on the couch and then woke up ravenous. Still need to log it, but will be on the high end of carbs and calories when it's all over. I need to make a dinner and eat it. Grazing or putting it off don't work for me.

Onward we go. Did get in almost three miles, but still. Can't do that eating thing too often. Not for cereal and stuff anyways.

Slight edit. Net carbs were still under 100, no doubt due to the high fiber components. Next time, we eat veggies with dinner and no ice cream in the house for now.
