Made my first homemade brownies from almond flour and coconut flour. No recipes, I just made it up. They weren't bad. Need a little more moisture, might try some prune juice (just a tad) tomorrow so that they don't dry out. Maybe coconut oil or even butter. The good news is that they didn't bump my carbs past 100 today, so I just need to work on it. I also need to find some little containers to cook in.
