I hope this combo works! I went through arm discomfort for months and I would not wish that pain and discomfort on anyone. Now that it is gone I can't remember it :) I KNOW you will get this figured out!

Look up vitamin code or garden of life vitamins. They’re the only brand calcium that I could actually feel a difference while taking. I used to ache horribly. Between this calcium, yellow mustard for leg muscle cramps and I just started adding collagen to my diet as well and I’m feeling wonderful. Good luck!

I do too Adef it would be nice to clear part of a problem area, now that the joy has worn off the tightness is starting to return, coffee effect lasts for about 4 to 5 hours. got some sardines too, I know I am going to hate the taste but if I get my calcium and it produces results I will struggle through

Yeah a natural source for calcium is much better than supplements. Some suppliers use Mineral sources, AKA rocks, that don't get absorbed and go straight through you.

yep Marx I did a little research today for calcium suppliments and found a great research article showing how much of each type was absorbed and the effect. calcium citrate/malate is the best for absorbsion and does even better with vitamin D as a side I have had no improvement with suppliments of calcium. I am trying a new one with this formulation. it is in tablet form which is not best and I have a back up chosen that is in capsule form to order if this one does not do well. but I am going to get as much as possible from food.

chris my legs are still a work in progress the coffee effect only lasts so long. It will take time to see what changes actually make a longer term solution. today is only the second day I ate a calcium rich food. LOL!

I have 5 hour energy and that does not give the same effect of relieving my muscle tension in those calves. no symptoms of allergy from 5 hour but no relief. there is something in the coffee bean itself that causes this effect. and it lasts for 4 to 5 hours.

Ever tried those dark chocolate covered espresso beans?

I am allergic or sensitive to almost everything so it is hard for me to eat anything. chocolate is one of those things that can give me symptoms. I would not have the coffee itself since it causes me problems if it did not help with my leg cramps. Hopefully this will resolve itself with time and more calcium added to my diet. I love chocolate but it is something right now I just can't endulge.

Does Green Tea have the same effect as Coffee? The antioxidants might be the difference.

I have never been able to drink tea without an upset stomach, my body even healthy could not handle green tea and tolerates cold brew tea. I can't drink the regular stuff hot weird but true

I always hated tea until I added cream to it. Now I can drink it. I think it was the density of the liquid. I like it like my coffee sweet and creamy. I've gotten to where I can tolerate Stevia extract in my coffee and tea but it's not quite the same. :)
