I am so excited. I have been taking magnesium, potassium electrolytes and suppliments and getting no relief to my dehydration issue or my cramps. This has been making me crazy and limiting my exercise.

I don't absorb vitamins very well so I try to find the most absorbable suppliments available and take them out of the capsules to put in water or buy in bulk form.

I researched magnesium a few months ago and found that magnesium glycinate is one of the best most easily absorbed form of magnesium. I finally ran out of the magnesium I had and tried this yesterday. the scoop is 2000mg which is way way too much. I looked up dosage and it is anywhere from 400 to 1000 recommended for various issues. As I was making up some capsules around 600mg size I made myself some around 700 to put in my water. I only drank about 1/3 and immediately started feeling it. first in my calves and then with an overall sleepiness I had to battle all day. I guess even with me being careful I overdosed what my body can handle. I can't imagine someone taking 1000mg of this stuff. I probably had around 400, I poured some out and put the rest in the fridge for later or the next day.

I slept really well last night and no leg cramps and my legs still feel better than they have in decades. I drank the little bit this morning along with a lose dose of my potassium powder and vit D. Battling sleepiness again. But other than that I feel great. I guess this is something I will have to dose late afternoon to early evening, but it is working miracles on me. I will be doing super low doses too. amazing!

Great to hear about you reducing the leg pain! God, I feel for you! Earlier this year, I had to wear a brace at night for Plantar Fasciitis. I also had constant pain in my arm, so bad I had to sometimes sleep on the couch so I could sleep sitting up because laying down was so painful. When I started taking the electrolyte concentrate and magnesium tablets, because I needed it for fasting, all that went away.

oh that is great it helped you so much. I wish it would have helped me more. This formula I have used now is totally available to my system and so many of the knots are loosening up and I think I am getting a lot of built up toxens releasing. I felt so good this morning and slowly I have been feeling off. Lots of water I will need to drink to flush my system.

I love magnesium! Have been using a spray for about 5 years. I had restless leg syndrome, severe leg and side cramps and couldn’t sleep. I am to the point now that I use it when I need it - usually restless legs in the evening or insomnia! The spray works quickly!

Jenjabba it is bulk powder by Lyn nutrition, magnesium glycinate, it is overly potent for me so I have to take a tiny amount and it makes me very sleepy. good for night time but it does speed my heart up. someone suggested Magnesium Malate and I am thinking about getting it. it is very good for the legs and if it is effective I will let you know. It is pricey too but split doses of 180mg which I think is fine, if effective we do get some magnesium from other sources. I just want something to mix with the salmon or sardines to add some magnesium. the salmon and sardines has good amount of potassium and calcium if you get the right brand in oil. It is better for me to get these things from natural sources if I can. the salmon really made a difference for me this morning. sardines have a higher natural fat count than the salmon so I don't have to add fat to those. I dread trying to eat them.
