2 days eating too much, still keto in carbs and my weekly average is still 1200.. going for a walk with the 🐩👣

Baskington I quickly looked at The Bear info, I've seen himbefore, what a background he has! LSD and grateful dead and carnivore, LOL smart man. I'm really curious about the electrolytes. I wish there was a way to test at home. I've been randomly retaining water, today I gained 3 water pounds. 💦💧 I didn't log it, I'll see how I am today. I slept half the day, I was so tired. Feeling better now but I'm sure that wine and cheese did it to me. I know better . Tomorrow, new week. I'm going to try to fast a bit and only have my ground beef and pork. The I don't think the pork bothers me but there's nothing like steak all week. Haha. I found ground beef at Aldis $2,75 a pound.
