adefwebserver Took many weeks to get used to that new person looking back at me in the mirror. Essentially when the neck fat went away. Was weird there for awhile. lol

chesgreen This picture brought back suppressed memories of suffering. Since seeing it yesterday, my portion size went down, and I feel motivated to finish body fat removal and full healing. Bulking seem easy enough. Can do later. Health first.

I understand how you feel, but, now that I am 4 pounds from my previous low, I do not regret the bulking and weight lifting I did (this took about two months). It was REALLY hard walking around looking skinny and gaunt.
