The anticipation was killing me and I managed to sneak in on the analysis machine this morning. I have never felt like this before, emotional overload.today was 19 months in the making and their is way to many people to thank(im actually at work now so not alt of time guys... at work with tears in my eyes is fun hahahah) When i started my journey i weighed a whopping 131kg, first day in a gym I was 124kg. 8 weeks ago 74.5 kg 10.5% body fat visceral fat 3 37.9kg muscle Today I can proudly say 74.1 kg 6.6% body fat visceral fat 1 39.6kg muscle I am not ashamed to admit i cried, still have tears in my eyes.My journey is not even close to being over. Their are still exercises I cant do still goals to reach. I owe my success to 5 simple words. I don't have a fancy diet, I dont fast it all came down to ENERGY IN VS ENERGY OUT If I ate something extra in the day, I burnt it off in my arvo session, being so time poor it did not take me long to realize If I ate something extra I would lose up to an hour to get other day to day stuff done and that was a huge motivator early on to not eat it. I know its cliche but if you want it..... Take it!! I genuinely wish everyone on here reaches their goals, everyone deserves to feel what im feeling today! My before and after the 8 week challange photos will follow when i get them.

#jen every time I hear that I inspire someone.... mate you don't know how much that means to me.
#JJ people over complicate things way to much with diets, fasting, cutting out this or that entirely. there's no need just burn more then you eat to lose weight, eat more then you burn to put it on. its as simple or as complicated as that.

madman.. nah just a guy with no active social life who overthinks things. thanks again everyone. I just got an email address for my childhood doc, the one who got me through the cancer, also the one who slapped the 130kg keefy and said get it together. She is going to be over the moon when i send her this, I have had no contact in 18 months so she has no idea whats coming.

I love my cereal, have 4 weetbix every morning.
how do i see your food diary mate? I am heaps keen to learn from people on here. This is all new terriotory to me now. Will keep a pretty similar diet for a week or so while I put together a pretty solid meal plan.
My gym manger at Zap is smoking hot.... i mean a nutritionist who is gonna play alot of a role in the upcoming 4 months. Then the challenge starts all over again.
