18... probably closer to 19 months ago I told myself and the world one day I will be single digit body fat,fit and healthy. That promise might actually come true today. I'm sitting in the car about to hit up my last 45 mins before the scales at 4:45 this arvo holding back tears hahahaha... what a wuss
