Well I’m starting back over again. When am I ever going to learn that I can’t stop counting my calories?
Anybody else have this problem? Lol
249.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! I used to do weight watchers after having my kids. Lost all the weight, and then some. Now I’m just counting calories and it’s working even better than ww. Can’t stop, won’t stop💪🏼

I don’t count calories. I count grams of protein. And when I don’t. Big trouble for me. The lesson is that whatever it is that works for each of us must become a way of life.

I count calories and carbs and let the other stuff count itself. I can't be trusted to get it right otherwise.

I have decided that I'll always record what I eat, even if it's just in a notebook. If I don't, I have to rely on my memory and I simply don't trust my memory anymore.

Preaching to the choir, my friend, preaching to the choir.....it's a weakness- I begin to think I don't have too...then the weight comes back on...and I have a hard time getting back on track

@ScottH - I photo record everything I eat. I think it helps me to keep honest. Have you tried the youate app?

I do the same thing. Either I'm counting calories and losing weight, or I'm not counting and gaining. Seems like it's hard to find a happy middle. :/
