Tried sumpin new 2 weeks ago. Took a boneless chicken breast and cut it horizontally into two pieces. Cut up a whole onion and sliced up a bell pepper into strips and seasoned it and the chicken heavy with cumin powder, garlic powder and chili powder and sautéed the onion and bell pepper together till tender and set them aside. Added the chicken to the skillet with a lil more oil and fried till done, bout 14 minutes. Plated it and topped the chicken “steak” with a salsa I like. It was really good and low carb. Did the same with a steak and it was very good also.
