Yesterday was a great day but busy! Left the house at 6:30 am (on a Sunday, while on vacation) to be one of the volunteer photographers at an Urban Jungle Obstacle Course & Fitness Challenge fundraiser. Lots of walking between events and the start/end point - yay for me! What a great fundraising event - so many participants of all ages! Home by 3 pm, kayaking by 3:45, then a glass of wine and dinner on the patio to finish out the day. Didn't do a great job of managing my macro's but not the worst I've done... Back at it today - OMAD today and tomorrow #keto #keeponlosing #healthyandfit
175.4 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
