Didn’t forget today. Just didn’t go. I know I should, I know it’ll help. But my kid is driving me batty with ‘I don’t remember’ after working with her off and on for 2+ years and a 3 hour lesson yesterday. This has to be turned in no later than Monday but preferably today. I don’t want to be around anyone and trust me, in this mood they don’t want me there. I’d be focused on all that and every little thing that went wrong this morning so it’s best that I stay home, read a book and do anything that might possibly put me in a better mood so that I don’t hurt someone. Pre teen girls are such a handful! My 4 & 9 yr olds together are so much easier to deal with and understand. Hope everyone is having a better Friday than I am! Lol

It’s hard work Chris! I disliked the gym until a few weeks ago. Still self conscious at times but I enjoy going now :).

I don't like going to the gym, but fortunately I have equipment to use at home. I can put it off all day if I am having a bad day, but eventually I will get out there and get it done. If I had to drive I would never make it.

I got 3 days in this week. Doing 2 whole days at the fair Saturday and sunday. I'll b dead by sunday night lol.

Call it a recovery day, get some proteins in, and enjoy the resting with some reading time. Find these resting days can bring an extra good oomph at the next session.

I went for you LOL! I don't go very often but we had temps 'feeling like 35 with the humidex' so it was off to the gym, then shopping - unsuccessfully shopping 8-(

Thenester thanks! How many calories did you burn so I can log it? Lol j/k. I went shopping too... 4-5 hours and only picked up some shoes for the kids and potatoes for dinner. Tons of anxiety as it’s tax free weekend and the crazies were out. BUT I did catch two guys checking me out which hasn’t happened in awhile. Was kinda nice lol. Rosio good job! I find that some days I like to go slow and easy and other days I want to pack on the weights and get it done quickly. Cardio days take longer as I add 20-45 minutes with that. Baskington, my gym is 25 minutes away! From the end of my drive to their parking lot :/. 45 minutes with loading and unloading kids plus checking them into the kid areas. That’s why I bought a jump rope and some additional weights. I can workout at home and the 4 yr old is an excellent workout partner lol.

Diddlee unfortunately this is my second day of planned workout with a group. I was not in the right frame of mind to go. I’ll see if I can fit in a home workout after dinner. At least some push-ups and squats. I’ve made a deal with myself... I bought a snickers and I can’t have it until I put in 30 minutes of exercise today not including the shopping and walking. It may sit on my counter awhile lol.
