Busy day - my assistant and my boss are on vacation so I get to do 3 times as much work! I am confident that I can get some exercise in, going to take a walk after work, not going to the gym with my gym buddy but I will be near there so maybe will to without her. Heat is still in the 90's today so I don't know if I can bear to walk in it and then also lift, we'll see.
Mr. Farmer sent me some pictures of a moose last night. I don't think he realized it was after midnight though. After that I did not toss and turn as much as I had been and got a decent night's rest. Benefit of being 60 and not 16 is I am better able to convince myself that everything will turn out for the best with this so not quite as anxious as I would have been at 16. Close, but not 100%. Ha, I am not kidding.
I think I am on track with the next couple of pounds loss - on track calculating for about 3 pound loss for the month so that is good given the heat and the personal issues going on.
