Judgment day once again. I have a feeling that the "official" scale is not going to read a loss, but I will push for full body scan because I know things are changing and I need to see my body fat/muscle numbers.

I kicked a$$ in the pool last night. I did 500 strokes in a single set without stopping even once with resistance paddles making it even harder. I'm in a funny spot with the current, I'm notching it up, but tire more quickly and it tends to toss me the second I'm not paying full attention. Really wish I'd gotten the timer option, because I'd love to know how much I've improved on speed, but such is life and I stretched myself as far as I could with the pool itself. Maybe I'll buy a plain old stopwatch. Can't do it on my watch because I have to lock it in the water to record the workout and after a couple very near misses, my phone is not allowed anywhere near the water.

Deep breaths. It will all be fine. May need to revise body goals some. Will probably report back later.

Edit: Looking at food log calendar just because. Notice some massive gaps in logging on weekends!!! Gotta work on that, I guess.

Second edit of the day. Down slightly. Lost 3 lbs of muscle, gained 1 lb of fat and I'm dehydrated. She said that is not an excuse to drink more of anything other than water. :( I am going to reserve a protein meal for after workouts and increase my walking again. Heat has to play into this as well. Onward. Bodies are weird.
